Basics

Search
Find anything you had open.
Apps, tabs, windows, agents and files. Type a few letters, then Return.

Actions
Every row has more actions.
Copy a link, bookmark it, or give it an alias or a hotkey.
⌘K
Section Pills
Show one section of the list at a time.
The pills are your recent apps. ⇧⇥ goes back, Esc shows everything.

Search the front app's menus and pages.
Its pages, settings and menu commands, each with its keys.

Aliases
Give any row a short alias.
Type the alias in Search and it comes first, ready for Return.

Row Hotkeys
Give any row its own hotkey in ⌘K.
A page, a tab, an agent: one key takes you there from any app.

Back
Jump back to where you just were.
Hold ⌃⌥ to see where you've been, then let go. ↑ goes forward.

Flip between your last two apps.
Tap twice again to come back.

See every agent from anywhere.
The ones waiting on you are on top. Return takes you there.

Jump to the next agent that needs you.
Needs You first, then Done. Press it again within a minute for the next.

Clipboard History
Bring back anything you copied.
Pick one and press Return to paste it where you were. Password managers' copies are skipped.

Emoji & Symbols
Find any emoji or symbol by name.
Type what you mean, like “party”, then Return to paste it.

Scratch Notes
Jot something down without leaving.
The note floats over every app and keeps your place. Give it a hotkey to make it instant.

Snippets
Type a keyword, get the whole text.

Window Commands
Snap windows to halves and displays.
Type “left half” and press Return. Give your favorites a hotkey with ⌘K.

Window Layouts
Put several apps where they go at once.
Make one with Create Window Layout, or save the one you have. Give each a hotkey.

Search Screenshots
Find a screenshot by the text in it.
The text is read on your Mac. ↵ copies it, ⌘↵ pastes it where you were.

Quick Look
Preview the selected file.
Select one in Search Screenshots and press Space. ↑ and ↓ move through them, Esc closes it.
