Terms
Last updated October 10, 2026
These terms cover this website, the Hopper waitlist and early test builds of Hopper. By using any of them, you agree to these terms. The app will ship with its own license when it launches.
The website
You can read, link to and share anything on this site. Please don’t copy the site’s design, code or artwork to make your own, or use the Hopper name and bunny in a way that suggests we made or endorse something we didn’t.
The waitlist
Joining is free and doesn’t promise you a build or a launch date. Use your own email address. How we handle it is on the privacy page, and you can leave any time by replying to any email from us.
Test builds
- They’re a preview. Features may change between builds as we shape Hopper with testers.
- Feedback is welcome. If you send us ideas or bug reports, we may use them to improve Hopper without owing you anything for them.
- Please don’t resell builds, share them outside the test, or try to get around anything that limits who can use them.
No warranty
The website, the waitlist and test builds are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses from using them.
Changes
We may update these terms as Hopper gets closer to launch. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top. If a change matters, we’ll email people on the waitlist.
